Hello Friends,
My name is Steve Scipioni, IT professional turned personal trainer, fitness educator and now motivational speaker. I have had struggles with being overweight, the overconsumption of food, clinical depression, and panic & anxiety attacks throughout most of my young adult life. In late 2003, I suffered a herniated disc in my low back which caused debilitating physical pain and tremendous mental anguish. Thankfully, in May of 2004, the surgery was 100% successful.
I turned my life around through the correct application of fitness training and proper, balanced nutrition combined with a positive mindset. Along with a social support system, this is the ONLY way to create lasting change in one's general health, fitness level, physique and overall well being.
I am now pursuing my life's dream of traveling the country to bring the good word of health, fitness and total mind/body wellness to the American public.
In May 2010, I will turn 40 years old (scratch that, 40 years YOUNG). I am in the process of getting into the best shape of my life and will celebrate my 40th birthday as a healthy, vibrant, and fit young man. Hence, this site and its initiatives were born. My time is now. Is yours?

become much more sedentary than we were just a few decades
ago. Combined with poor nutrition habits, this has led to
many health problems, such as increased cases of high blood pressure, high cholesterol, adult-onset
diabetes, stroke, and obesity, to name a few.
